Has anyone tried this? I know it's not suppose to be necessary but I like my plans listed.
When I click "Can't Find Your Plan" and enter my last name and my Costco membership number, it just takes me back to the "Current Plans" screen and it's not there.
UPDATE: Stupid system... the email addresses have to match (your Costco email and SquareTrade/Allstate email). If they had told me that was the problem in the first place then I wouldn't have wasted so much time trying to figure out what was going on.
They were pretty fast. They would not move my old 65" OLED TV downstairs (for understandable liability reasons) but did setup the new TV upstairs and powered it on to make sure it would turn on.
They said I should keep the box for 15 days in case I need to return so they did not take the packing box and material.
I gave them each a "small" tip since I'm a nice, but frugal, guy.
