Dvd, meh overpriced.
And for those wanting exercise, local libraries often stocked up with tons of free movies to rent. My local is like Bluray-rip paradise... And that's besides the used books and media store at the library where they often go on sale 2 for 1 at $2.
If you are concerned about scratches, just put a small dab (pea size) of toothpaste and tiny bit of water on the scratched disk to make a paste. Rub it around lightly with your finger and rinse off. This works great unless scratches are deep.

The offer seems to be usable only once FYI. Ended up getting 6 out of the 8 from one Redbox and only received 1 notification about cash back. 6 movies for $6 with $2 back in 30 days is a damn good deal for Marvel.
Added a 1.99 bluray of antman and wasp for no additional cost. Great deal
To be clear, if you want 2 movies for $2, Do Not buy the disc online. Just go to the Redbox.
