yes, it is actually as simple as abolishing tipping and having employers pay their employees more and employers can subsequently choose to up their prices for compensate. this way, things are actually normalized and not reliant on things of high variance.

Those are the only actions that will actually help change anything in regards to our backwards tipping culture. But remember, being a tightwad who's stingy with tips, or worse, refuses to tip for adequate service, while still insisting on having workers provide services to you like cutting your hair and serving/delivering you food, does nothing but pay the employers you claim to have an issue with what they ask for while punishing the employees struggling to get by. Not accusing you, specifically, of doing those things, but I've heard your exact reasoning used by others before to justify going to places and using services without tipping, and I'm sure some of the people Liking your post might be doing just that.

A "successful enterprise" doesn't rely on free or cheap labor. Try again.
