@din9leberry - Great job! I stumbled upon this deal this morning, as our Breville blender gave us a smoky finish last night, and I was just about to post this as my first post ever, lol! Good for you on nabbing your first post; I'll keep searching for my moment too.

For those looking at the 5300 that Sam's Club sells for $349, this is widely considered to be the better unit. More updated, slightly more powerful motor, much less noisy, and the blender jar on this unit does a better job with smoothies. Both come w/the 7 yr warranty.

Hope it lives up to expectations and is a true buy it for life product!
never buy blendtec, vitamix is leagues better than any other brand.
This can blend the 40 dollar blender. Big Grin

I got 5200 from Amazon deal a month ago. E310 and 5200 were the only models I waited as I needed the narrow container for small batches. I had sky high expectation to 5200 but was disappointed at the tamper. First the tamper is bulky to store. Second I had to use it for sick smoothies. Finally, it's so bulky that it's difficult to push down stuffs at corners or stick on the container walls. Am I the only person who doesn't know how to use a tamper?

Now I have to pull out two equipments (and clean afterwards) for a sick smoothie; a tamper and a jar scraper.

In addition, 5200 doesn't self clean well. It doesn't splash water to the top and thus cannot self wash the lid, leftover food stick to the upper part of the container.

Got the blendtec from hd a few weeks ago that went frontpage, but haven't used and will return based on reviews in that thread and this one…and no tamper. Getting this as a backup to vitamix pro series 550 that i think I have abused to the point it is on its way out. Wish this had smoothie preset like the pro 550, but that feature is not worth $300 more, in for 1!

I have the 750 professional and it's amazing. I love it. The only difference between this one and the 750 is the programs which is huge for me, otherwise they're identical.

No, the 750 professional is $600 and the 7500 is $529 so 70 dollars difference. For me prests worth the money because I just touch the button and it does the rest. Anyway $290 is steal for this mach.

Great deal. Was 268.99 on prime day in June, but this is a good one!

Edit: Correction it was the 5200, not 7500 .

Shoot, forgot the PayPal / discover part and used the 12 payments no interest from PayPal credit. Anyways, 12 payments of $25 works for me.

Hi! I was contemplating on the costco deal but missed out on it because i couldn't justify it at the time and found this (so purchased and posted).

From my research, they're both very similar. The e320 is 10db louder and looks slightly different on the sides of the base.

That said, the Costco deal has more attachments and vitamix attachments are quite pricey. So fwiw, the costco deal is pretty good. Id take 10dB of sound for the PCA attachment. Plus costco returns policy evens out the 5 vs 7 year argument IMO.

Hope this helps.
Do you or anyone know if the 7500 is smaller in height vs the E320?

Here's what's on the Vitamix product pages for each, but I don't know if the E320's numbers are rounded or if they're listing the dimensions of the boxes. Anyone? Thanks!

E320
Dimensions: 11 x 8 x 18 in.

7500
Dimensions: 17.5 x 9.4 x 7.7 in

So this and the E320 are basically identical from what I can find, other than the 7500 being a bit quieter and having different cooling airflow.

Considering that the E320 regularly gets down to $300 and includes some otherwise expensive add-ons it may be the better deal to just wait for Costco again.
7500 is a G-series with the next-generation motor. It's similar to the Pro-750 (Vitamix high end model) minus the pre-sets. Also has a more advanced cooling system than the E320 so it won't overheat easily and shut down.

Anyone with membership able to check this price at Costco?

https://www.costco.com/vitamix-75...38185.html

7500 Super Pack includes a 32-ounce Dry Grains container and (2) 20-ounce Smoothie cups.
