It's a great price no doubt...but it's from Woot...so it can be a crapshoot.
Buy it refurbed from Secondipity or the Secondipity Ebay Shop. I did at around $180 w tax w the recent promo and it arrived in flawless condition yesterday.

Bluetooth devices do fail, and that warranty is worth a decent amount. Thus, even at $199 the Secondipity deal is still superior.

They just call them refurbished. When headphones get returned, they go back to the manufacturer and they end up on these sites. They can't sell them as new, so they pass them on and add new pads as needed.
That's why so many look brand new: they're worn for a tiny amount of time.
