Like most $999 laptops this one only has 8 gb of RAM which 16 is what you should aim for.
- make it an i7 or i9
- moar RAM
- add a 1TB hdd, for storage
- in a desktop, not a laptop

I really wish that these manufacturers would reevaluate their aesthetics though. Feels like not much has changed since 2014 in terms of design. At least Lenovo and ASUS are stepping up.
