Price is down from $329.99. This is the lowest price for a wireless carplay/android auto stereo currently on the market. Crutchfield sells a rebranded version of this head-unit (Jensen CAR710W) for $379.99. I own a wired receiver from Dual Electronics purchased earlier this year that has been working flawlessly with android auto and a $15 Dual backup camera also purchased from Walmart. This is a high-end model with features and reliability comparable to much more expensive models from Sony, Pioneer, and Alpine.

The BRAND is called "Dual"
so...there's only one.
Dual/Boss/Pyle/Pyramid...aren't they all flea market grade?

I love that it has backlit, tactile, buttons. A capacitive touch screen officially makes it "better" than the base model Sony CarPlay deck I have. Dang wish I had multi touch too.

Pioneer would be my baseline on quality head unit.

I doubt it's high end but having high end stuff in a car seems like a waste to me.
The screenshot is showing carplay which confirms compatibility with iOS. It also states that in the product description.
