I use it as a companion to my DSLRs on weddings for photo and video and it's never disappointed, but I edit the RAW files to something more professional looking and don't really have an opinion on the straight out of camera JPEGs. They look good enough to me for my needs.
All foreign CS staff and twice they have said they can't hear me and hang up - easy excuse to get out of call. The communication skills are subpar. And now I'm on my fourth call and on hold again...
I hate giving up.
Also: you're using your own T Mo or Sprint-legacy account to unlock your phones? Or you got Verizon?
And T Mo has a lock out period of months after first use before they'll unlock any phone.
You'll probably have to use an Unlock Service off Ebay.

And don't feel bad: I spent HOURS on a deal to get 5 free Sprint Notes (I think 10) from Sprint, right before the T Mo take over, and THAT'S when I realized: T Mo is going to screw-over Sprint's network.
....... the sales rep let it slip: Yeah, we're told to blow these out the door.

I snagged one yesterday (thanks!) but just got a different color through the link another poster provided. The seller of your deal, purple, has been very responsive, and was quick to acknowledge my cancelation request.
