New = 4.27" x 3.72"
Since the distance between the perforated edges has decreased from 4" to 3.72", they can now claim more sheets for the same length roll. This totally throws off TofuVick's toilet paper calculator if you're trying to compare what you previously paid for your old Charmin rolls to the cost of the new rolls.
