Target was the only place that I had my Apple gift card # stolen. Bought the gift card and had it for a couple of days before inputting into my Apple account. Turns out it was already redeemed. Target wouldn't do anything, credit card company wouldn't do anything, and Apple just said tough luck, the account who used that gift card number spent it all, nothing to retrieve back. My warning to you all is to redeem that gift card as soon as you buy it!

Some store managers gave refunds when more people had the same problem. I didn't try it, but they may refund it in store if you show them a police report.

I was able to buy 20 x $100 last time (the $20 + $100 deal) and all went through. I did buy them one at a time. Possibly a flaw in their ordering system?

Does anyone know if the $10 Target egift cards can be used to purchase Apple gift cards in the future? Bestbuy has a deal very similar to this and you can't purchase Apple gift cards with the $10 Bestbuy egift cards.

You can redeem these gift cards and load upto $2000 in your Apple account and then use the balance during checkout and buy the phone.

If you want to directly use the giftcard during checkout then only 8 giftcards are allowed.
