Is this just a notification of a good knife? Camel 3x says its basically always this price.

For a good combo I'd recommend the 8" and the 5". Nice bigger chef's knife and then something smaller when that is too big. The 6" is fine but a little too in between for me.

Agreed, I don't find much use for a 6" chef knife. Get the 8" fibrox and a smaller paring knife and you'll be better off. I've been using this line for more than 10 years now and they're the best value in the world IMO

I orderes this 6" and the 5" and a pairing knife. Been pretty good. It's extremely sharp. Granted I just received it over the weekend so haven't used it that much but it's great value for sure.
