I've had this knife for a couple of years.
Victorinox knives are great quality at a low price point.
This particular one is fairly small. Not always the best for cooking but I bought a second one and sometimes use them as steak knives.
I use the 8 inch one more for cooking/slicing vegetables.
But still a great knife for the price!

Not a bad knife or deal, but there's very little an 8" chef's knife can't do that a 6" can. There's plenty a 6" knife can't do that an 8" can.

Got this on one of the previous deals, love the size, but I can't get it as sharp as my regular sized Victronox chef knife... anyone have the same experience? I use a highly rated knife sharpener

This is more of a utility knife than a chef knife. Not doing a lot of chopping with this geometry FYI.
