Maxing these deals can be so complicated. After a ton of back and forth, I ended up just getting the 40MM Watch 4 Wifi (the cheapest one) for $99.99 + tax. I didn't use EPP since no Samsung credit and wasn't seeing the Honey 5000 points popup there either.
So in total, after trading my active 2, I got the new (active) 4 and an extra free band - I got the blue med/large one free with coupon code ETSFR89LNEGUJ) all for $106.xx after tax. Should also get 5% back from Discover via Paypal, $50 Samsung credit, $50 from Honey, and possibly 12% from Rak10, though I would imagine I'll have to fight for that and probably won't have the energy to do it. Last time I bought a bunch of Tab S7s and S7+s, I had to email them several times and it took a couple months to get a response, but they did eventually pay the cashback. In that case it was almost $250. I'm likely not going to fight much over $10ish.
Either way, if I get the $50 from Honey, should cost right about $50 to upgrade AND get the $50 Samsung credit. I certainly don't view that as cash, but there are enough deals that I should be able to buy something to cash out and flip and get an upgrade for free or near $0. I'll take it.
Also, to be clear, the instructions above for the free extra band is for ONE. Unfortunately, you can't add 10 bands and punch in codes to make them all free like you can sometimes. I definitely tried

Is the Honey $50 still working for everybody?

Man, I have a gear s2 and this thing won't last even a full day anymore. I get that it's 6 years old but having it die at dinner is annoying in an otherwise still fine watch. :/
I attached what the popup looks like
