No it is just for the desk mat, but it is a large one for your keyboard and mouse. I use a hyper x one on my desk with one of my keyboards and love it, looks similar. The pictured keyboard is their keyboard body with their key cap set and their rose switches, if you want to make that combo. Or you could just use the keypads ina different frame.

Amazon has lots of xl matts for under $10 all the time. I got a bunch if them, but still using the the first ones as they are all pretty decent quality

Am I missing something here? Every 900x400 on here is $19.38USD and is 3mm thick. OP's link is for a 900x400 and is 4mm thick. Cheaper and thicker.
