That is subjective. I've had the 3 without cellular for almost 4 years and love it. I don't love taking calls on my watch and the on screen writing isn't super great for me so I have little desire for cellular. I'm also cheap and don't want to pay the extra fees with my cell provider.

Not sure why anyone waits for an unannounced new model. A new model/variant comes out every yearly. Buy it if you really want it, and resell when the new one actually comes out. A new one is never guaranteed to be out on a set schedule (unless it has been announced).

This will be my 3rd iwatch. I started with the iWatch 1, then iWatch 3. Both of my iWatch I had used them vigorously for easy payment, tracking my calories & workout, listening to music, using Siri or answer a quick phone call. My beloved iWatch 3 shattered when it accidently grind between myself and a thick metal post. I've been waiting to get an iWatch 6 to replace my 3 since there are a few features that I felt I wanted on my next iWatch. This deal beats all the deals I've missed. Last missed deal was the 44mm iWatch 6 for $330 I believe.

Regardless of the color, I was going to buy a shatter proof casing anyways so this deal was the slickest. Thanks OP and rep

Considering every Apple Watch the past 4 years came out around September 20, it's a pretty safe bet that the next one will as well. Also, people don't buy and resell for a couple reasons. It's a hassle, and they lose a few bucks.

If I buy this for $250plus tax , what can I resell this for? $200? That's $50 that could have just gone to the series 7, at $400. In effect the series 7 became $50 more expensive.

Buy it from Costco with a 90 day return policy. You get a longer period to try the current generation out. Though, those return lines can be long.

My poor Apple 2 watch got dropped and the face shattered. It still worked but forgot to take it off when I went into the pool, so it stopped working. Was going to wait for the 7 to come out but these features are good enough for me. I may end up buying a different case for it along with some bands. I did this for my other watch as I like to trade bands out. Thanks for all of the comments.
