Bought them last time round. Musically they are well worth the price. Only complaint is they heavy so the top bar hurts my head after an hour. Also they use a funky cable that has a wire going to both left and right sides, kinda gets in the way. Ok so its two complaints
I've got a set hooked up to a topping d10 and a THX amp, I think they are fine, but sound like $250 headphones not $800 headphones. You're getting what you pay for here.
I wore these in Paris around my neck and literally every time I walked across anything metal, it would magnetize to the object. One time it was a train. I ended up in Mulan and was beaten by Italian cops for using the train for free without a ticket but then I explained to them it was my headphones and the coper was like yeah right wise guy (in an Italian accent ofc) and then he put them on his neck and walked, then sure enough the train left and he left with it. He ended up in Laos where he was taken into the jungle as a prisoner. The leader said in a Laosian accent "yeah right wise guy" and then when a tiger with a tracking collar ran by, he was magnetized to it. The tiger was on its annual migration to Hawaii, traveling American Airlines (which he said was not pleasant). When he discovered there was a man with headphones attached to his tracking collar in his hotel room, he became very concerned and asked in Tigernese "yo who the F are you and why the hell are you in my shower. you best get out of here before I go all medieval on your mother@#$# a$$" (very rude Tiger indeed). This is when the Laosian explained that it was the magnetized headphones that caused him to get stuck on his tracking collar. The lion then proceeds to wear it around its neck. Unfortunately while snorkeling there was a submarine passing by, Mr. Tiger got stuck. He ends up in California with guns surrounding him at an American naval base. Tiger says "yall aint gonna believe this but..."
Reminder: they WILL require an amplifier to make them sound their best. My Schiit Magni and Vali weren't doing it for me so I put them aside. Eventually I got the Magnius and they finally started sounding as they should.
Planars are typically too demanding for a phone or some budget amps to handle, especially for the HE560

So there's no way to hook up the amp to a bluetooth receiver, right? It loses some sound fidelity?
The sound quality on my Sony XM3 noise cancellation is not nearly as good as my old Sennheiser HD570. I mostly use these at home, so no need for those headphones.

There's a way using a small little portable BT adapter like a Qudelix 5K or BTR5 but they'll take a hit in sound quality and rigging one up is a bit cumbersome since this headphone has L/R channels. Something that small may struggle to drive them properly as well since these are pretty inefficient headphones.

Anything on Arya ?
No the Arya is $1600. Think of all the Adorama exclusives (560 v4, HE6 v2, Elegia) in terms of their sale price, no one in their right mind pays the listed MSRP. Their headphones are a solid deal but these really aren't $900 headphones.

Thanks. So it's either wired with an amp for good fidelity, or get a cheaper set that doesn't require an amp and use the receiver.

You can buy portable amp / dacs with built in aptx Bluetooth now. You can't tell the difference honestly..

HE-560 has more bass
Sundara has more detail and clarity
HE-560 has more siblance with treble, which some might find harsh
That would make the HE-560 more V-shaped and Sundara Neutral, with the Sundara being clearer with details.

My biggest gripe is that the sensitivity is pretty low.
