    2. In bottom left corner of PayPal App, select "Scan/Pay"
    3. Click here and Scan QR Code
    4. Save Offer
      • You may be directed to log in to your account
    5. Make your first Touch Free Purchase of $20 or more using PayPal QR code at checkout
    6. After completing purchase, $20 will be sent to your valid account
  • Venmo Instructions:
    1. Open Venmo App (Android or iOS)
    2. In bottom left corner of app, click "Scan"
    3. Click here and Scan QR Code
    4. Accept Permissions
    5. Click "Save for Later"
    6. Under Profile, select QR code symbol
    7. Click "Show to Pay" to being up your QR Code
      • Note, new Venmo users will need to verify identity under settings to use QR code
    8. Make your first Touch Free Purchase of $20 or more
    9. After completing purchase, $20 will be sent to your valid account

The offer is valid from 6-7-2021 to 9-10-2021 and only to the first 50,000 people. They don't give you the discount right at the cash register... they give you a $20 credit at some point in the future *if* you are the first 50,000. So it's impossible to know if you are going to get the $20 or not. Back when they had the $10 back on a $20 transaction, I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get the $10 from PayPal. I advise you to steer clear of this one; PayPal doesn't have the best reputation at fulfilling promotions like this.

Late to this one.

Tried to Save offer in Paypal - by scanning QR code -- " Sorry limit has been reached".


Venmo: When I scan the QR code - I see the Save for later option. When I click on it NOTHING happens. However, if I click on Use offer at checkout - I get a message
" Sorry the Offer isn't available"


So my question is, is this working for Venmo at all now? Any way to check if the Offer was saved.


Also will Paypal $10 off $20 work. Is there a QR code for that offer?

Did it take long for you to get the email receipt? I just bought a $20 GC with my Venmo offer that I loaded yesterday, payment went through ok but I don't see the transaction in my Venmo app yet and no email, Venmo balance etc is the same. It does say on my receipt it was paid by Venmo, maybe there is a backlog of transaction confirmations or something for the offer.

The store clerk forgot to activate my Amazon gift card and I left the store. Couldn't add it to my account. I went back to the store and she told me she couldn't do anything about it.

Sent it up to Amazon. They're looking into it.

Once the GC is scanned by the clerk, doesn't that automatically activate it?
