Amazon has GearIT-brand Ultra High Speed HDMI cables, 10 feet, for $3.99, free shipping with Prime.
Ultra High Speed HDMI cables are required for HDMI 2.1.
I don't have any first-hand experience with the GearIT brand, but it looks bit more professional than the typical off-hand brands found on Amazon.

For HDMI 2.1, these would be worth a try, but with so many HDMI 2.1 bugs and issues in receivers, the second anything doesn't work I'd switch to a certified cable.
which is why i am getting 2 more
just want to point out that HMDI 2.1 cert cable is really just a branding fee (and those cost a lot)
He's probably talking about shorter cables. Most of my hookup cables are 3 foot, some are only 1 foot. You can get shorter cables for less than this when they're on sale.
You likely only need one 10 foot cable to run from your TV on the wall to a receiver or whatever that is located in a cabinet. Cables that are too long can cause data rate issues.

2.1 cables are backward compatible
You know why? Because there is no "HDMI 2.1 certified" cable.
9 4.5 certified cable garbage.
not saying this is a bad deal, just letting people know it's all marketing.
