I have to admit that SK Hynix customer service is fantastic compared to anything i've dealt with.
Adata, Asus and Gigabyte are the worst.

Did open heart surgery on my old XBOX ONE S and put this exact model in it. Very easy job on the S. X is another story but doable.
Also took some of my old ADATA 800's and used them for external drives.
Had one of my ADATA 800's to die and had to send it back. We will see if ADATA replaces it!
Never had a single problem with the MX500 series.
