Was able to order only 1x $100. Tried another $100 as well as 2x$50 and both got cancelled.

EDIT: Tried paying with PayPal, got cancelled too. Bummer. I'll give this deal a couple of hours, maybe things will change.

I did a bunch all at once and they worked, then my orders started getting clipped and worked again once every twenty four hours—another user had suggested this and worked like a charm. I tried to order after 22 hours a couple of time just to check his method and those orders got canceled.

it is a good deal if you need it now, but there has been many better deal in the past. Usually it's $80 or $85 for $100 worth of gc and that's not including credit card cash back.
