If you are a new customer and want to get the GC instead of bill credits
1) Port in as a new customer with your existing phone (BYOD)
2) After line ported in, ask for upgrade; you pay the full price ($729 for the iPhone 13 mini and so on).
3) Anywhere between 4 - 12 weeks after, you'll get a $300 gift card.
4) After 60 days service and paying at least one billing cycle - you can request unlock of the iphone.
5) After unlocking + getting the GC : you can cancel service or continue as you wish.

Requires a post-pay subscription to a residential Xfinity Internet service. Line limitations may apply. You need to have Comcast / Xfinity internet or cable service to be able to sign up for an Xfinity mobile line; if you don't have it, AFAIK you can't start the mobile service.
Down the road - if you terminate the basic Internet / cable service - you have an additional $25 per line charge; that's more to encourage you to move out...
Here is the T&C of BYOD. So to avoid the 25GC, I think it is possible to add a new line WITHOUT PORT IN so the BYOD coupon will not be affected. Then we can try to upgrade the line to qualify for the iPhone deal. Any ideas about it? Since the phone will be unlocked after 2 mo, it is a low-risk way to make a new number.
