Random T-Mobile numbers are getting this error message after entering phone number and SSN. "We're sorry, there was an issue processing your request. Please try again later." This is also happening on Apple's websites to those same numbers having the issues. T-Mobile is trying to fix the issue, but does not have an ETA.
So did some math and realized it's not really any great deal. (Good deal so far but you find better deals later if you are no in a hurry).

Im upgrading / trading my iphone 11 pro max .
Pre-ordered yesterday 09/23/2021 around 10 AM.
got a text an email this morning saying its ready to pick up.( was kinda surprised about this , but ig because this best buy has less people preordered , or got more stock , im in missouri)
I backed up my old phone to my computer . and reset the phone.
Got to best buy( I was one of the first 3 people there so i got help right away) , the guy asked me for my order number and name, then told me to get with a lady.
the entire pick up was about 15 mins, she asked for my id , then my old phone, she spent most of the time input stuff into the system. I confirmed on the machine my info is correct. she handed me the new iphone new in box with a sim card on top. I asked if she need to activate the phone or anything and she said no , when i put in the phone it should activate it self. got the phone and the receipt , now im heading home.
She didnt open the new phone box at all , she didnt ask if I need to transfer my old phone data to the new phone ( might be she noticed my old phone got reset)
Only do it if you have a iPhone 8 or below.
Not worth $700/800 after all the hassle that you have to go through.

I do think this is the best overall deal esp if you don't want credits etc. We switched after 20+ years with Sprint maybe 3-4 years ago and LOVE it - all 5 people in 3 areas have excellent service, only deal with them over FB messenger so I have records, they are very helpful without hassle, no billing issues, and just overall nice to deal with. (Their messenging has a lotttt of pre written cut and paste fluff, which is annoying but if that's the worst thing I'll take it lol)
Price cannot be beat (we are on a ridiculous old military plan, 5 lines unlimited all for $115) but even current plans look great.
Even though I can't imagine us leaving, I still hate the idea of 24-30 months of credits (and tend to upgrade and swap more frequently these days) so the BB deal was a no brainer. I normally wait a few months then find a good deal for a lightly used one with ACLT on ebay, but my current 11's plan ended Wednesday and I hate being without protection (lol)
