I bought one of these from the seller listed here. The noise cancelling function of it was entirely broken and had no noise cancelling effect. I had to return it.

I was able to return through ebay, but the seller had a note in the package saying something to the effect that you cannot return and can only exchange for a replacement.

Buyer beware.

Man, I am a bit torn on these. I have a pair of Galaxy Buds+ coming in today for $50ish which I planned to use for day to day stuff. I already have the XM3 headphones but earbuds would be nice and easier to take around as opposed to the whole case for the WH xm3s.

And I've heard good stuff about the seller, Secondipity. Maybe I should return the Buds+....

i think for the price difference id return it. Althought the buds+ has great battery life. The downside is no ANC.

I got these and the Over Ear Counterparts from this very same seller. Both arrived looking brand new. Had pairing issues with the In Ear version featured here. A quick hard reset solved that problem. So far I love both of them.
