Orion Safety Products - 15 Minute Emergency Road Flares, 3 Pack --- for only $1.85
Description:
Kit contains 3-15 minute waxed flares that are 5x brighter than electronic signals. They come in a resealable bag which provides 50 times more moisture protection. These flares are always ready, no worries about batteries going dead.
Comments:
No shipping - Advance Auto Parts is NOT shipping these to you, as far as I know. You need to order online for in-store pickup.
Limited supply - I think they're clearing away inventory so you're limited to what's on their store shelves.
No additional discounts - "Excluded from discounts, except SpeedPerk rewards". But you can still use cashback site for 2%. Or use Chase Freedom credit card Ultimate Rewards link for 4%.
These are excellent for luring aggressive dinosaurs away from your vehicle. I've seen it done
if kept dry road flares don't really 'expire'. The expiration is likely a lawyer/CYA added by the companies. I have a ton of boxes of 1988 flares that still work. I've had to use about 15 of them in the past 5 years and NONE have been bad. In fact, the heavy duty towtruck drivers that picked up our trucks all swear by use of both LED and traditional flares.
Top cash back 8%,plus PayPal discover, 5% Was able to get 4 at one location and 2 at another. Will see what happens at pickup. Great Christmas stocking stuffers to put over a big hot log burning fireplace.

Great deal, always good to have a fresh pack in vehicles. Orders appear to be limited to quantity 2, either b/c of price or b/c of safety/explosive issues. Anyway, had to order 2 each from 3 stores in my area. Fairly sure orders capped at 2, and it appears you can re-order from the same store, but I didn't risk it.

btw my store had a few of the lucas gun oil left at the $1.xx clearance price just like the previous deal posted. I decided to buy some and rang $0.05/ea usually $5-7/ea.
The store associate said they cannot sell $0.05 items because they have to send it back to the dealer...

Cool deal. Ordered pick up from a couple stores as they had limited stock. Hopefully they aren't expiring soon.
