Add the small hose, the short hose and top heavy, if you just have to have it, you can buy this at Walmart [walmart.com] everyday with free shipping for same price.
Maybe this [bestvacuum.com] will help with comparing vacuums, but air flow is the #1 rating.
its 1200watt motor so... 7hp sounds like the same science they put on the peak rating for cheap car stereo amps.. pyle etc.
Also as mentioned CFM is what moves the dirt from the surface into the vacuum.. so its a major spec.
The milwaukee portable m12 1.6Gal vacuum is 45cfm and with small hose it sucks better....
