Good deal. e-scooter deals are going to be hard to come by given the demand.

The best price on this has been $400, so $25 more is actually good.

I have two and they are pretty good. No idea what you are smoking. It is like you have no concept of distance. It is not like you are going to commute 30+ miles with any scooter. You always use these scooters to go 5 miles each way at most. If that is not you, then you are an outlier.

As for the scooter itself. This is not really a good deal considering during Prime Day this year they were going for $350. There is no reason to doubt that they will reach the same price next month for Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Now, in the last 30 days, $425 is indeed the lowest it has been, so if you really want one now and cannot wait, then by all means jump on the deal.

FYI: The speed limit/horsepower can be unlocked by some 3rd party app to 16 mph or more. Google search "Ninebot unlock speed" will give you the answer. just need to make sure you enter the correct model number. + increase speed will also decrease your battery life.

If you are looking for cheaper but capable of doing the same thing as the E22,
The Gotrax V2 is currently has a price cut down to 247. it has better tire and speed compare to E22

this is the older version with the whack 8" tires. go read the reviews. all say e22 is better than es2. don't let those specs fool you.
