It is. For elaborate reasons check previous posts of this mouse, there's like 100s
Good price on a great mouse.
Love that it can do BT or use it's own wireless technology.
And the easy switch is critical if you want to use a single mouse between multiple devices regularly.
Yes, it's a great mouse. In fact, I returned my MX3 ( one that usually cost 4 times as much, even on sale) for this mouse as it does 95% of what that did. The deal-breaker for me on the MX3 was the device switch button on the bottom of the mouse. What in the heck were they thinking?๐Ÿ‘Ž For comparison, the device switch on this mouse is on the top. ๐Ÿ‘

This is a great mouse. And it has Bluetooth. I do not know why Bluetooth is not the standard... but it is not. It can be linked with up to 3 devices and I personally own a few.
Until recent iterations, Bluetooth was a power hog. AA-powered wireless mice would months, while an equivalent BT mouse would only last 1-2 weeks.

BT's polling rate is also limited to 133 Hz. The better mice use a 250 Hz polling rate, while gaming mice can go over 1000 Hz. In fact I think this is Logitech's official reason for still using dongles.

The thing I don't understand why it never became standard was the recessed USB port on laptops. You could stick a mouse dongle into it and it wouldn't stick out and catch on things or fall out (a plastic flip cover would protect it). I only saw a couple laptops with it.

Are you saying you don't understand why they don't surround a wireless radio antenna on all sides but one with metal?... Why don't you think about that for a second.

In local Costco, it is labelled as $29 when I visited on Sunday. Did they lower price in BM stores? or can the online price matched in store?

Last one I got from BB for $25 on a deal and i loved it. But lost in travel. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/logi...Id=5592421 [bestbuy.com]
Not sure if this is same. It looked same in store but didnt say the number.
Also trying to see if it can be price adjusted/matched in warehouse. I bought this at $30 just a few days ago at my local warehouse. I liked this mouse better than the MX Master 3 and MX Anywhere 2S.

The bottom of most laptop cases are plastic. And the flip cover over the recessed USB port was plastic. Same strategy they use on metal phones and laptop lids to allow the cellular and WiFi radio signals through.

How often are you switching devices for this to be a problem? I use mine between two computers and a tablet, it's just a simple press of a button and I put my mouse back down.
Quote from bachnguyen :
The reason for the switch on the MX mice device switch button is that if you need to switch devices that often in a high productivity, then an MKV switch is by far your best option.
I got two of this mouse and the MX. I also hate the switch button on the bottom of MX, so I switch to this one. I work on 2 laptops all the time. MKV is so dated. My keyboard has the 3 buttons to switch among BT connected computer and each laptop has its screen anyway. With this mouse (and perhaps MX) and the app, you don't really need the button to switch to another computer. You just move the mouse to one side and it will automatically switch to the other computer. The problem is the time delay and sometimes the unintended switch. So I still like to use the switch button. However, there is another function with the app that is very useful which is to copy text from one computer to the other one just like between apps on the same computer. That's why I got a second M720 (Precision Pro) so I have one in office and one at home.

See a lot of complaints of the placement of the device select button on top. People say they are always hitting it by accident.

Why Logi mouses single clicks act like double click after 2 years of use? Mechanically they are fine but some reason it eventually happens. I love their products but this is one annoying thing about them. Gone through same experience 3 times in last 4 years

Most retail resellers don't price match wholesalers because they can't compete with the purchasing power.

I PM the iMAC with Best Buy with no issues.

Does it connect to 3 bluetooth/Logitech USB adapters at once, like at the same time? When you click the button to switch to a different computer connection, is there a delay before that connection gets brought up? Or is it always connected and instantly works when switching to another PC?

No, I've had this mouse for 1+ year and never accidentally hit it. I have medium-sized hands.

I work on multiple laptops and a desktop computer so every 10 or so seconds on average I'm moving from one computer to the next computer. It can get really annoying flipping the mouse every 10 seconds when a simple press of a button on the side is enough.

Any reason to keep the Logitech MX Anywhere 2S Mouse deal over this mouse?

It's $20 cheaper to keep using what you already own.
