I have two of these devices and I absolutely love Android TV and this device is a great value but yes, it locks up on me all the time. I'm constantly having to unplug it and plug it back in order to get it working again.

Personally, I think it is a lot zippier than the TiVo.

I use plex server for all sorts of media. You can add storage to the onn with a OTG usb hub and some programing. See more in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2uNiRUa6iuo

You can disable HDR with this and the Dynalink now, right? With the Dynalink (before the ONN version came out), HDR was permanently enabled and it looked awful if you didn't have a fully HDR TV. Can HDR be disabled on the Tivo?

Does the Xfinity Stream app still not run on any of these?

Does the TiVo Stream 4K ever sell for $20?

The youtube video someone posted earlier says it only has about 4GB free, but the video shows how to use an external drive.

Kodi is better than plex, you dont need a background app snooping into your files to serve them, Just directory shares from the NAS.

Has anyone tried this with Dolphin Emulator app from the Play Store? Still got some Wii games, like Mario Kart, and would be cool to play them on my TV again. My Wii stopped working awhile back.

I used a generic Android box, and when we downloaded an hour show to watch offline for Disney+, the resulting file was about 200 megabytes. I think it was highly compressed....
