I tried redeeming both codes again, and now it says both are already redeemed. So is this a glitch on the Microsft side of things? Assuming I am probably out one of the 12-month codes?
I haven't converted to Ultimate yet. I'm hoping someone has heard of this before.

On phone so can't dig up link, but just go to CDKeys and search for 12 Month Xbox Live Gold Membership (Turkey) and it's still available at this price.
I just redeemed the codes and converted to GPU earlier this evening and now I'm set until 11/3/2024. The only snag I had was NordVPN for some reason could not access any Xbox sites to redeem the codes, but the Chrome extension mentioned in the instructions worked fine. Follow those steps and you'll be living la vida GPU quickly.
