You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Nope. I contacted Tmobile support & they informed me it is a BB issue. I contacted BB and they said it is a Tmobile issue.
Tmobile says BB short codes are not to specs and that is causing the issue. BB needs to fix their coding.
Tmobile says they see the messages but can't process them because of poorly written code.

I was too early to comment that it's working.. It just worked the first timeā€¦ when I decided to select a different device and proceed, verification code stopped working again !!

I tried updating my account profile information and it requested a verification through a text message and I did not get it. Looks like BB website is all messed up with text messaging. They need to fix it.
Looks I can't update anything in my account including credit card, address, etc...
Bestbuy site is messed up now!!

Just walked out from best buy store with a red 128GB mini. They failed to activate in the first time for unknown reason. I traded in an iphone se from cricket for $380. Total out of pocket is $358 (699 - 380 trade in +10 sim card + 28 tax). I was told the essential plan $65 bill after tax will arrive after a week or so.

I have never been in tmobile in last 10 years but used tmobile mvno like mint and lyca mobile a lot. Will this phone work in mint right way? How long do I have to stay in tmobile?
