You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Just picked up the 13 pro max trading ST 12 mini as a new T-Mobile customer(chose essential plan) in store. The rep handled me the phone(unopened) and new sim that he scanned and activated. Do I need to put the new sim and then get it unlocked? Will calling T-Mobile customer care sufficient to unlock? Also, how long need to wait to cancel the plan after unlocking the device.

I placed an order for pickup but received a follow up email that the phone is OOS at the store. BB chat couldn't redirect the order to another store.

Any experience is this will get canceled, or fulfilled once in stock at the said store?

darbyloveI have an order that is supposed to be available for pick up on December 10th, but a different Best Buy has them in stock now, so I was hoping to place a new order. I'm getting the "Please try again we had an issue, but it should be fixed now" message when I get to the Mobile Setup page. Is this a T-Mobile issue? Any work arounds?
The phones are in big demand everywhere. Search nearby stores have them in-stock and make a new order and cancel the current one. It goes out of stock pretty quickly.
