You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Try a different line on your account. Some of us were getting that error. Not sure if it's only with active orders, 1 upgrade per line, or because we didn't put the SIM card from that order and it's still being seen as active

I have a grandfather simple choice plan with data and text only. I tried upgrade option and always got the error message. I tried the Add a line option it went through a bit more but cannot get the plan option. I am wondering what plans you have with the Add a line option. Also, ,for those who did the Costco Add a line promotion, what 's the cheapest plan you have select? Thanks.

My situation is this:

I have 1 line that I ordered online w/12 mini trade in but 12 mini is not here yet to do the trade in. I have in hand an unlocked 11 that I can just go to BB store and trade it in but I dont want to cancel 1st order since I want to do that trade in as well when 12 mini arrives.

So if I go now to do 11 trade in most likely BB will cancel 1st order but when the 12 mini arrives then this deal might expire?

Man I am going crazy with this🙃

Don't cancel first order the promotion with trade- in value seesaw everyday . limit one upgrade per line in my t mobile prepaid account since last week. beware of promotion ending soon

If it ends today I will not go to BB to trade in a 11 that I have on hand and just wait till my 12 mini arrives since I placed an order w/12 mini trade in already.

my online order with 12 mini trade in the original pick-up date was 12/17, just got text ready to pickup until 12/23/21 today. so the grace period is 7 days.

If you ordered pro max 256GB or up, suggest u to keep first order. OOS everywhere
