It's a newer model and does not have the additional two atmos speakers. Rtings.com has them rated similarly

The M512a-H6 does have the additional atmos speakers according to the specs and pics on BB's website.

I too never received my order from Amazon,every month it just got pushed back. And actually prior to seeing this post, maybe ten minutes ago, I finally cancelled the order
May order this time from Best Buy

May order this time from Best Buy
I called Amazon and they stated their official position is they do not have stock and are not expecting it any more and recommended I cancel my order.

My buddy bought his Sony HT ST5000 a year or 2 ago and is still $1000 new but this $350 bar scores so much better on rtings?

Check out the rtings review on this soundbar. I had purchased the M51A-H6 initially and then purchased the one posted here thinking it would be an upgrade. Wound up switching back to the M51A-H6 and returning this one. Dialogue and overall "fullness" of sound for lack of a better word sounded better on the M51A-H6. I read the rtings reviews after the fact and saw that this one really wasn't that big of an upgrade over the M51A-H6.

The sub and surrounds look literally like the same part. Seems the bar has undergone very slight, probably mostly cosmetic changes.

I don't see a reason to pay an extra $50 unless you just don't have a Costco membership.

The surrounds are upfiring. More drivers on main bar. Woofer is the same
