Shopruner used be good and had a lot more retailers. Newegg, Cubervera, OP, Dominos, Autozone etc. All gone now. Have the free sub through AMEX barely use it.

After ordering the best part was free returns. You'd just return to shop runner print a label and send items back free. Recently order some cloth from participating retailer and shop runner point me to the site I ordered from couldn't figure out how to get the free label as the site tried to charge 6.95 for the return. Eventually had to waste time with the retailer support, got the label sent the items back and still removed the 6.95 from my return total. Had to contact support again to get the refund. What a hassle the whole purpose of shop runner was the free shipping and free returns.

I don't use it often, but I don't think you even have to pay with amex to use it, but just sign into the shoprunner acct. That may have changed.

This is just a crap of a service. I have both chase and amex membership and still didnt bother to signup for the free thingy. The stores that accept them are also once in a while shopping places lol
