These are made in Taiwan. Google the difference in quality when it comes to hand tools
For total pieces? Not even close. For lifetime warranty? No. For quality of tools? Yes, the manufacturing and design are far superior to all husky sockets. And the case is amazing - razor thin and light, and the entire tray lifts out to put into a tool chest.
This combines with a 1/4 set to make a complete sae/metric kit that fits into dedicated Packout organizers, too. The 1/4 is $99 on Amazon right now. You can also buy the combined two sets from HD for $218 on sale, online only.
Missing the 15/16" and 1" in deep well, but has them in shallow.
Decent tools with a creative socket design in a great case, it baffles me why they cannot sell complete sets.

These don't tend to roll, love their trays and it works well with their packout system. The sockets have a square design on one end. They are great quality, good manufacture company, and great warranty.
I only have the SAE & Metric in 1/4. Waiting for the glitchesvto pop up.
I care more about the design than just quality alone. The sockets have to be precise, I often find the cheaper sockets often pop out during torqueing because it wasn't precise. I had broken a few cheaply made sockets that just cracked.
It is more important if you work on cars to have a good precise kit than waste money and time on a cheap set that will cause you more problems.
Part 48229508 is the metric only. It's $80 at HD and $77 at Amazon, though it dipped below 70 as recently as August.
Understanding that metric is going to be more than half the price of the SAE/metric combo, you have to ask how little difference is worth just carrying the SAE anyway.

What does that mean?
Means ScooterMcgee is ScroogeMcgee.
Roughly translates to "I'd join but I'd punch a drill instructor in the face" most likely

Quality is good as usual with most things Milwaukee.
Squared end is great to prevent rolling.
