Don't buy that crap, might as well spend $100 more and get a current 11th gen processor for around $350-400 normal price for equivalent memory and much much better processor and SSDs

Of course it's all about what you're planning to do with the machine, but I just wanted to point this out.
And eBay has a way better money back guarantee and better customer service program so even if you do get screwed your still taken care of. There's still a chance dell will secretly sell you a hidden fee warranty you can't remove off your bill and then have to go on a wild goose chase on their useless customer service to have it removed.
Honestly. Go on eBay and look for a dell 3620 with either an i7 or xeon equivalent i7. For example, on eBay type in "dell 3620 E3 1240" and for 264$ plus shipping there's one with 32gb DDR4 memory. It's 6th generation Skylake processor. That xeon is equivalent to an I7. It has a pass mark score of 8280 which is not bad for how cheap it is. This model can also handle an upgraded power supply although it will need a special 24 pin adapter and you can find those on Amazon. And if you really want to, you can case swap this model into any case, although being proprietary, on eBay harbin repairs makes special power and USB adapter pin outs for this model for 25$ and you can put this M atx motherboard standard into any case and you can install any sized graphics card you fancy.
