Edit: Yes it is. I purchased this one before and return it. It's a advertisement trap where we need to purchase additional $100 for the wifi feature. Also, those $20 MyQ universal remote won't work for this. Genie blocked the signal since 2016 production.

Yep, I have a similar one I got for 60 or 70 last year. Didn't try too hard, but I wasn't able to connect it to the myQ I was using for my old opener. Would have liked to have the wifi function to close the garage remotely, but mainly wanted to upgrade to a quiet belt drive and we only have two cars so the two remotes sufficed.
For those with reading problems, the OP CLEARLY said the link to website was NOT the item discussed.
The correct UPC was 050049023317 which is not the one in the brickseek link. I cannot figure out how to find that number if it is (probably) an early in store promo not on the website.
