As far as the height , to each their own.
The OP posted a nice deal for the current economic situation on a product that has sold like hotcakes on multiple times and many of them very recently at this very price.
Pretty sure this is going to be another huge seller at this price.

Sure they have been cheaper before, but these are worth the $35 easy. Very light but sturdy .

Never see them for sale used.
These are a tool that becomes a must-have once you've used it. And having more than one is so useful for painting/drywall/ceiling work… it's so nice to have a whole work area that is that much higher off the ground.
They are also the only ladders I've had stolen from job sites for some reason…
