This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Yeah, I'm doing BB pickup as well. Their website shows 2 in-stock at my local store.

Samsung might still reject my trade-in, but getting the new tablet and the buds is half the battle.

Yeah this is a great tablet for 90% of the population. I'm a tech guy and I have no need for the processor in the og Tab S7 for my needs.

It sounds like they are just a contracted call centre that likely works with a lot of other businesses too. It's absolute shadiness and they will tell you anything to make you happy in the moment and try to get you off the phone.
