Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.
Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…
Samsung Trade-in Program terms&conditions here: https://www.samsung.com/us/trade-...onditions/
Note: they mention they can even remotely disable your device (!!!) if they feel you haven't kept up your end of the deal with a proper trade-in.

I made an order and am going to be ReaLy stressed out till I figure out how I get the trade in to samsung. I see no instructions, including in my email.
Someone Please explain this to me. I'm sure others want to know to (or Should).
Please note: If you have a trade-in, you will get another email from Samsung with detailed information about your trade-in. Please do not return your trade-in device in-store.
So, no, you do not return the tablet to the store. I'm still waiting on the trade-in email with the pre-paid postage. Hopefully it will come in the next day or two...
This time I am buying a proper case which has edge protection. Can always buy a small Logitech BT keyboard with backlit feature for much less.
How did you get it for 79.99? S7 FE now shows 119?

I'm not trying to be a downer but their Hoops are just too insanely irritable and frustrating to jump through, even with the $350 savings. There are so many risks here. You will waste heaps of time down the road if something goes wrong and potentially be at a loss of money if they bill you and you can't cancel.
I got the S7 FE 64GB + Buds 2 for $114 with tax (was $75 before tax). Will had to buy a Nexus 7 for about $40 more. So the total out of pocket is about $150. The Buds 2 are worth (to me) about $70, and since I really don't need this tablet, let's say it is worth about $230 for the 4GB version, so I am getting gadgets worth (to me) about $300 or so for $150. So I am saving $150 on top of what I would consider great deals. I'm not talking about the market value of these devices, but how much they are worth to me based on need/want.
If Samsung rejects the trade-in, I would have ended up paying $500 total for something worth only $300 to me, for a net loss of $200. Is it worth the risk? If I really needed the tablet and the earphones, yes, but in my case, I really don't, so I am going to go ahead and cancel my order. I tried cancelling online, but it wouldn't let me do it. Since it is a BestBuy pickup, at worst I won't pickup the order, or I can try to call and cancel tomorrow.
