It's VA panel, if that matters to you. Still an outstanding monitor. Has good stand is capable of a lot of adjustments of angles.
Features:
- 1 Display port, 2 HDMI, 3 USB 3.0 (1 Upstream, 1 downstream and 1 downstream with charging capability, which is very nice).
- 2 speakers
Ways to get it cheaper:
Most common: If you have 10% back on your Amex Card, it'll bring it down to $296.99, which is a great deal. I placed an order with my Amex card and got an email right away.
Least common: If you have friends or family who work for Dell, ask them for their employee discount - which is 17%. This first knocks it down to $273.9 and then with Amex offers, $246. I was fortunate but this is YMMV.

I only see spend 599 or more and get 120 back. The one you got is different ?

The DisplayPort is 1.2 and brightness is 300 nits. Debating pulling the trigger on this one myself.
Best deal on an ultrawide *for productivity* currently is probably going to be the 35" Monoprice Ultrawide (VA panel at 2K resolution) for $299.99 via this deal. You may want to look elsewhere for gaming as there will be some inherent ghosting on the MP model.

Not seeing this as an available offer under Chase Sapphire rewards

After a while looking at options, I bought an LG 4K IPS that is not "ultra widescreen" or whatever you want to call it. It's 16 x 9. I have no regrets.
I'm a professional web designer and I find the "standard" 4K is excellent for productivity.
Rtings has quite a favorable review, too, for this one.
