I gave up and started making my own this year..cheap bottle of vodka and 10 split open vanilla beans. Takes about a year but for less than $20, you get a jug of real vanilla extract and can just keep putting in more vodka and keep steeping.

Inside costco, the extract is around $16. I've been watching the price through the years, and it dipped this low about a month or two ago and has stayed

The only vanilla extract I see on Costco is $29.99. Sam's Club is showing $20.58 for 12 oz. size of McCormick. BJ's is showing $24.9 for 16 oz. house brand but it seems to be out of stock.

At the last page before I confirm subscription, I see this message: "The price of your subscription may change based on the price of the item(s) in your order at the time the order is processed."

Does this mean that the price I see when I subscribe might not be the price I pay?

First subscriptions will always have the purchased price honored. The reoccurring price after the first delivery will be a new price each time.
