BS shows $30.38 at my local store, $18.27 at the one 23 miles away, and $12.17 at the one 33 miles away. Not worth driving to the other stores, but might check it out next time I am in Lowes.

I am convinced this is the Big Battery's plot to sell AA batteries. Look into Wurkkos FC11 or Sofirn SC31 if you need a quality flashlight with decent rechargeable 18650 battery. Usually around $25-$30.

Please don't waste money using disposable AAs in a flashlight. A Convoy S2+ with an 18650 battery far outclasses this light in durability, efficiency, and usability. For a bit more money, I agree with the previous poster that a Wurkkos FC11 is a great all-inclusive package.

EDIT: Or this Wowtac A6, which is not as good as the FC11 but is only $20 with an included battery and built-in charging.

There's a ton of flashlights that are clearance for half off or more. There's a rechargable one that's 500 lumens going for around $18. Reg price is $30.

I can say the 18650 are a lot skinnier then the carrier. But lengthwise it just barley fits. Pretty tight screw.
