This is correct, you only get the 5% discount on the portion of the prorated part of the purchase that is not a Target eGC.
So the Happy GC portion ($75-$10) is $61.75 after the 5% discount + paying for the full $10 eGC in the order ($71.75 total)

Read the main title, the description is obviously incorrect. Use some common sense. You really think people are paying $100 for $85 worth of gift cards? . Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)
