The price is not actually $15 per month but adds an additional $3.50 per month in fees and taxes. That said, it works great for me in Lancaster PA.

Data speeds are almost zero in my area.
Hotspot (with good antenna) not even allowed to connect 4G/LTE!
Where to park a number so that its not lost in case they issue refund and cancel SIM?

T-mobile coverage is way better than AT&T at my place, and I was getting way faster speeds with AT&T on exactly SAME BANDS (Redpocket GSMA).
There's 3-5 bars with antenna on dedicated hotspot - it has nothing to do with coverage.
Moreover inet/tethering consistently gets faster after midnight.
It has very few to do with APN and coverage.
My question is how to get refund if possible?
