IBIS Electric Kettle is too small. They make a 51oz version. this is tiny at only 34oz.
Plus it has a plastic liner, makes the water taste weird.
pass.
I've bought the 6 pack glasses before and they're pretty good for espressos. I did break two just being clumsy and one started to leak into the double wall. This was with heavy use while washing them multiple times a day for the past year. Would still buy again, sipping espresso out of one as I write this
There are other brands that make this but make sure you get borosilicate glass

The poor reviews with photos definitely show this grinder. I didn't see a mention of a manual grinder, but didn't read all that far; the photos tell a lot.
I can vouch for the double wall insulated glasses as being borderline black magic. You literally can pour boiling water into them and pick up the mug and feel nothing

My wife is wanting a grinder for Christmas. So I should stay away from this? I definitely could spend more on one but I don't know what I would be getting.

I can't speak for your wife, and I definitely don't know a lot about coffee but the reviews are why I passed on it.
I switched from double-walled to duralex and now cannot even remember why i was attracted to the former. Don't really miss anything. Certainly not the fragility (esp. if you wash dishes by hand.) So your tea cools down 10% slower, if that? Fouble walled can still be hot to touch. The only drink you should be drinking so hot anyway is yerba mate, and you should be drinking that from a traditional cup anyway.
Edit, maybe a flaming Moe?
hard agree, no matter HOW careful I was with the bodums, they just kept breaking (or being broken) Now the spro and cortados are all being served in Duralex. There's a reason why coffee shops use them.
I have one of the double wall glasses and I like it (used only for cold drinks so far), but it does seem fragile (borosilicate). I have seen comments about issues with the dishwasher, that seal can fail. Also, read the 'instructions' that come with the glasses, as apparently they say you cannot drop ice cubes into the glass directly, you need to add the liquid first, to prevent breakage.
I also have used Duralex for years (again, only for cold drinks) and feel a lot more confident in their durability. PLUS, they are stackable.

If you can spend ~$170, I'd recommend a Baratza. Those are more reliable and pretty easy to clean/maintain. I've been using one for 3.5 years without issues.

12-oz seems a little big drink espresso out of.
