I've had this problem since CoinBase became an IPO. Uploaded front and back of drivers license, I got verified, but all of these say I'm on a waiting list and if I want it sooner, get verified. When I contacted CoinBase, the only reply I got was "You have been verified", but no help on getting these learn & earn features to work.

Thanks. I finally figured out that it was because I didn't go into my profile and upload my driver's license. I've completed the quizzes, how did you transfer the rewards to Bitcoin? I can't find that option in the app.

Figured it out.
Use Trade button under a specific coin you want to convert and then Convert button. Pick Max and finish the process.
