Samsung cancelled my order several times saying
"We're sorry! At this time we are unable to complete your order because you have exceeded the maximum number of purchases and/or transactions allowed."
I talked to the support team via chat but they are not helpful at all.

SAMSUNG has the worst customer service.
The CSA can literally say NO to anything
They DO NOT UNDERSTAND what you tell them
I have had such a hard time explaining SAMSUNG TV UPGRADE to them

Not sure. I think retail has been doing good, but maybe largely because of the supply chain and inflation scares people are pulling purchases forward for fear of paying even more later. Plus, the monthly child tax credit checks are still going out. I just wonder with all the holiday extended return periods, how many people have buyers remorse and return things in January.

Same problem. I used a different email. You can change your current Samsung account email, log in back via Google account. This way I still can use my edu discount.

Do not buy a Galaxy Watch 4. It is utter garbage, and customer support is nonexistent. Check out the reviews. I learned the hard way and 2 months later am still dealing with the return.

Get a Garmin, it's not perfect but it's superior all around, plus Garmin Connect integrates with Strava which has been a game-changer for me.

2/3 of companies are making bigger profits than before the population. A lot of the inflation is opportunism. Why offer big discounts when you can raise prices and blame inflation?
