Apple also lets you redeem up to $2000 GCs towards your Apple account balance -- during checkout you can use account balance (up to $2000) plus manually apply up to 8 GCs

Between the two, 12 has a much improved camera, larger screen, future proofing tech. SE if you would like to have minor upgrades internally from an 8 at lower price.

iPhone 12 Battery is not good. Dies really fast both in capacity and longevity when using it. I recommend skip the 12. Google iphone 12 battery life issues.


PS- I had a 12 PRO. Battery capacity was 90% in less than a year when other devices battery would just drop maybe 3-5% ina year. Also the phone died really fast.

Thanks. Seems maybe se is a good choice as cracked screen makes it necessary for me to upgrade but wouldn't want to fork out large sum as yet.

Good info. Thanks! Maybe it's the way I use my phone, it's battery capacity dropped to only 83% after couple years of usage. It was much better when I was using 6 plus, but 8 plus battery seems to drop fast. So good battery life is important to me. Seems 12 is not good after all especially for battery. Any feedback on se battery performance?

Battery dropping to 80ish percent over a few years is normal. A iphone dropping almost 10% in. one year is alot.
SE Battery doesnt last long i my experience.


Either go iPhone 11 or iphone 13. If possible the MAX models.

Thanks and repped! I personally think the 100GC on the MBA is only okay. Being able to use up my existing GCs on the discounted EDU price is already good enough for me, especially if they offer ipod airs during back to school, which I think is worth the 100GC.
