I was thinking about getting this camera but after reading some of the reviews, security of the account and privacy settings are stopping me from buying it. I have their doorbell which I like except the detection is so bad that I had to completely disable it.

In my experience these cameras have amazing detection. I mainly use them in my crawlspace for rats so there's lots of dust floating around, but I hardly get false alerts. The wyze v3 cameras that I have goes off like 10 times a day, so huge improvement for me over wyze. Also who cares if someone wants to hack into my eufy camera to watch rats. Understandable though if this was indoors.

What are the security concerns with the Eufy, if any? I know there were some issues a few months ago where people were seeing others' video feeds. I considered purchasing one but after reading about the issues and concerns not feeling 100% positive about the security. There were fixes but...???

I have this and the blurams camera and the blurams p/t camera is much better and cheaper. I get better detection and notification from the blurams than with eufy. I have my eufy in my garage and blurams in the living room.

Option to setup with a NAS? Any successes or failures in that direction (Comparative for both)?

I hear/ see/ read that Eufy to NAS works while BR reviews dont seem to?

PS: It does not have RTSP for NAS support.
